Issues connecting Yasoon Jira for Outlook to self-hosted service desk

I'm evaluating Jira Service Desk and the Yasoon Jira for Outlook addon. The Outlook Add-In appears to be working fine, but I'm also trying the Outlook App to see if it's a better fit, and also to give me something on mobile (Android). 

My problem is when it tries to log in to Jira - I have the prompt for the Jira URL come up, but when entering it I get a browser window for URL https://office365.yasoon.com/jira/v1.3/authDialog.html?_host_Info=outlook|web|16.01|en-nz|fd373a4e-561d-7e17-f5f4-31ae3ad0e5f9|isDialog| - it's blue with "JIRA for Outlook powered by yasoon" and a loading animation. I've waited 10-15 minutes at various times, and nothing changes.

This is the same on desktop Outlook 2016 1803 9126.2275, and with Outlook on the Web on both Firefox and Edge (latest versions).

My JIRA Service Desk install is self-hosted, sitting behind an IIS 10 reverse proxy on Windows Server 2016 Standard. https endpoint with LetsEncrypt certificate, and all of that part is working ok.
