Issue with table grid editor

I would like to know how to define dedicated rows in Table grid editor. I have a table like this :

What is the code i use so people see everything in the left column by default and they can fill the explanation to the respective field. Thank you

Hi @kousalya palagulla 

You can use the grid default value to pre-populate it with the questions you want to be answered.
