Is there a way via JQL to see reminders for a user?

Idea being that we could display the active reminders on the dashboard for each user.

Was this ever answered? I'd like to filter out issues that have reminders from some filters and have a gadget that just shows Issues With Reminders, for example.

@Robert Massaioli _Atlassian_ I have just set up the My Reminders App but it is not sending any reminders to my email. I tested sending a reminder via your app today and have saved the reminder which is still saved however the email did not go out.

How can I ensure the emails go out and find all the notifications that have have not been sent so I can review the list and complete the actions.

I have checked my notifications settings and there are all on as per below.

I receive system generated emails that are tagged to me and I have tested the My Reminders option in Jira which did send a reminder to my email.

Hi @dennish_dcsorg_com , I wrote the My Reminders App. Would you say that your request is similar to https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/MR-77 ?

Essentially if reminders were queryable via JQL then that would reduce the privacy of some reminders. Maybe I could make this a per-site setting? If you could please comment on that issue with your use case and if it is still a problem for you then that would be much appreciated.

It would be nice to be able to have a list on the dashboard was my thinking, which would require a JQL query. Maybe restrict it to logged in user?

Ah! That is a different and better feature request! You don't actually need a JQL query for me to show the reminders on the Dashboard, all I need to do in my app is create a dashboard item: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/modules/dashboard-item/

That is much more doable and does not impact the privacy of the reminders! I have created https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/MR-99 to track this.

Is https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/MR-99 deleted or restricted?

It seems the devolepent stopped? Is there a good alternative?

HI @dennish_dcsorg_com

Does the relevant add-on in the question publish this information via any custom fields?

dennish_dcsorg_com January 30, 2020

Not sure, I'm looking at Atlassians reminder add-on for cloud.
