Is there a chance to make SOTE e-shop work with the same database as Wordpress pages?

I have one web page on SOTE.pl platform which is a cms platform, and some more web pages that are created on WordPress platform. I could see that there are integrations for WP in SOTE but yet i couldnt find any further information whether Both platforms could work on one Database. And if so is there any test-network so that I could prevent myself from crashing my pages?
