Is Tempo down?

I can't access tempo directly, but I also can't log hours to any tickets indirectly.

Hi @Tina Kochar ,

Are you using JIRA / Tempo on Cloud?

If so, the problem might be caused by an incident that is currently affecting JIRA and other Systems, see https://status.atlassian.com/

Best regards,
Susanne Götz

Tempo is down right now

Is tempo down or not functioning correctly right now? Probably.

As of right now, I have the same problem, even though https://status.tempo.io/ shows all systems are operational

Hi @academy-hero ,

A fix for this problem has been released.

Can you please confirm that Tempo views are loaded correctly.

Best regards,
Susanne

Im still facing same issue after making below changes. Can someone help??

Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions and make sure that the “atlassian-addons-admin” group has the "Browse users and groups" Permission.

Raised ticket, support is not able to do anything: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/TCS-37252

Raised ticket with Atlassian cloud as well, they also didn't respond?

https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-758708

https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-758787

I have raised P1 ticket with atlassian cloud to have a quicker solution, but no response even after 12hrs.

Tempo is down and nobody is providing support?

Hi Mahender Bogi

Both Atlassian and Tempo are investigating the problem on your instance. We will continue assisting you with the tickets you raised with us yesterday.

Best regards,
Elísa,

Hi Mohammed
The base plugin still shows as offline, like yesterday when they followed the same steps.
Please uninstall planner also to check that is the cause why the base plugin doesn't uninstall. We have no message in our system that Planner is installed.
Then after that try to install Tempo Timesheet again to see if it now works.

Best regards,
Elísa,
Tempo Support.

Hi Mahender Bogi ,

I see Tempo timesheets is not available on manage apps page.

Additionally, please confirm with Tempo team if we need to uninstall even this add-on :

Tempo Support , the add-on was unsubscribed and uninstalled. Shall we install as trial again ?

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Mahender, just wanted to assure you that Tempo is working with Atlassian to investigate the issues on your instance with high priority. Additionally, we would like to ask you to follow up on our support ticket since we provide much quicker follow-ups than in the community forum, in addition to being able to share private information through that channel only.
We will be in touch shortly through your existing ticket.
Regards,
Sebastian Pedraza
