I have some Business Application (Enterprise Application Catalog) list (like CRM, ERP, Jira Software, Trade platform and etc.) and it is manageable by some group (for example: EA) and each application has relative business owner/responsible person or group.
I have question about it: Can I restrict to edit specific attributes for some user groups within the Insight user permission and/or it's automation? For example this (business owner) person could change only several/one value in this object's attribute?
P.S. I realize that Jira Service Desk or even Jira Software can provide such a process
