What is the best way to convert and import content into Confluence from Wikispaces.com?

I am using the UWC. I have it downloaded to my computer.

What do I export from Wikispaces.com?

And, when configuring the UWC under "Convert From Wiki", what type do you choose?

This is so long ago, I forgot I ever used Wikispaces. Fun reminder.
