If a Confluence group is edited will a previously applied Comala group parameter reflect the update?

In the example of using workflow parameters to create reviewer teams in a space, the first two teams (Design and Technical) are built with user parameters, and the last team (QA Reviewers) is a group parameter. If the review team rosters change, then according to the help docs, Design and Technical approvals of content to which the workflow has already been applied will not reflect the changes. What about changes to the Confluence user groups of QA Reviewers? If project-alpha-leads and project-quality-leads are edited, will those updates be reflected where the workflow has already been applied?

Confirmed: Changes to group membership are reflected on preexisting instances of a workflow.
