Hubspot/Jira integration to connect to customer service issues

I'm working with a team that is looking for a Hubspot/Jira integration to do the following:

- automatically connect Hubspot contacts to their customer service issues in Jira

- for the Hubspot contacts, they'd like to see the issue's title, status, summary, how long it's been worked on, what customer service agent is working on it

This is so they can know who their contact has been talking to in customer service and what they've talked about before calling the contact.

They tried using an integration before but abandoned it because they had to manually tie each Hubspot contact to a ticket number in Jira.

Is there an integration available to meet their needs? Thanks!
