How to let Draw.io plugin works in local host in Jira Data Center?

Hi, I download Jira Data Center with plugin Draw.io. But, when I work on local host Draw.io doesn't work?

Any one could help please?

"Localhost" means "the current machine", but most people using draw.io need to be using it on either Cloud sites or embedded on a remote service.

How are you trying to use it locally on your machine? And to do what?
