How to automatically transfer freshdesk support ticket link

HI,

We have the jira app 'freshdesk support', and the freshdesk app 'jira plus', 

which enables us to create issues in frsdhesk and automatically create from there a jira issue.

it looks like this in jira:

the field: 

Capture1.PNGwhich leads to:Capture2.PNG

and this is how we connect between the two platforms.

my question is, when i create a jira automation to transfer the issue to another project, how can i copy this link as well and make it linked to the newly created issue in the new project?
