We intend to automate customer satisfaction for the tickets solved by the team on Jira. Currently we are unable to get feedback from the stakeholders whose requests we have solved on a regular basis.Is there a way to possibly automate it when we complete their requests.

Have you considered using jira service management which has a built in cluster satisfaction functionality?
The other option is to create a new issue type called satisfaction with the fields you want. Then you can use jira automation to create a new satisfaction ticket when a request is solved and send them a link to the newly created ticket.
