How to associate existing test sets to test plan with XRAY API

Hi,

I've been digging into the XRay API documentation and I'm having a hard time understanding how can I associate existing test sets to an already created test plan using XRAY API.

What would be the appropriate endpoint and what sort of JSON should I pass on the request?

I'm using Python for this script.
