How to add real custom fields to tempo reports on export?

We export tempo reports so our finance department could analyze it.
We try to assign some deal numbers to epics to be able to put together epics and deals in reports.

There is feature called custom fields in tempo but there is only strict list of available fields, none of which suits to our needs.

So I  wonder if someone has already encountered similar problems and how they solved them.

Would appreciate any help

My apologize, custom fields in Jira can be added to Tempo.
I couldn't see them because the fields were either empty or added to tasks where no time was logged.
