How do you search for an issue with a gerrit review containing some specific text?

Edited

We have the Gerrit plug-in installed and working.  In any given issue I can see the Gerrit Reviews Tab (web panel) and the tab contains the correct Gerrit issue information ... but how do I search (basic or advanced) for issues that contain  specific text in the Gerrit Review?  I have tried "message: %s" and variations, in the jql advanced search line, but just get a jql error.  Can someone provide an example JQL to find a Gerrit Review that contains the text "Create Sign out" or "2017-04-16" ?

Thanks.

Has anyone succeeded? I am looking into the same thing at the moment.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm looking for a "exists Gerrit Review" JQL, and according to Google you are the only person on the planet who ever wanted to use JQL against the Gerrit Review plugin.
