You’ll need to go into BigPicture’s administration panel > click resources > select the individuals tab > add the resources

You can group individual users into teams, but your teams are not created automatically unless you synchronize with Tempo or inherit the Team from upper-level Boxes.
You can add members by going into the teams configuration panel, selecting a team (if you already have one created) > go into the members tab > add users
