How do I get Big Picture v8 to display a Jira Board?

We can get a Project Board to show the Backlog, but not the actual Kanban board? We just keep getting the message 'Nothing to display here yet' and 'Configure the hierarchy displayed on the module'. But we have the module for Roadmap or Board ticked? Any ideas?? Have tried the Demo from SoftwarePlant, but it doesn't really show you how to configure the Board.

we seem to have the same issue. We have created sub-box'es in Box hierarchy:

But we cannot see those sub-box'es in Board module:
