After a restart of the Atlassian JIRA service on the application server, the Insight database was corrupted, affecting existing hardware and software schemes. The values of some attributes of objects changed to initial states and others remained, we still do not know what could have happened.
Now we want to recover the database and we have available a * .zip file of an export of the hardware scheme that was made before the incident, is it possible to use it to recover the hardware schema from the Import function available in Insight? Can you tell us the steps to follow?
The version of Insght that is installed is 5.4.6
