I have the same issue.  It says I have 1.0.34-AC, however, I see much larger versions here:

You're looking at the Server app there.  Those are totally different to the Cloud app (similar functions, different architecture and delivery). 

If there is no upgrade button for you, then you are on the latest version and there's nothing to upgrade.  (It's rare on Cloud to have an upgrade path nowadays, vendors just update everything to keep it all working along with Cloud)

Nope.  With no upgrade button, you have the latest available version for your system.

from the admin interface, no link or button is available to update the plugin
