How can i get it the Step progress panel of TestFlo ?

We started to use TestFlo Cloud version. We set the testflo to our development project, allowed the testflo to the testing issue type. After that, the steps panel appeared the testing issue type. But I can not make any report with the steps progress.

How can I get it the Step progress panel of TestFlo? The custom fields do not contain this element.
