Hi all,

I have downloaded and configured the TestRail app in our Jira Cloud. I'm hoping to automatically update the status of Jira issue based on the result of the test run from TestRail.

Is the app the right way to do it? If yes, other than configuring the integration, what else do I need to do?

If an API is needed (not the app), could someone share to me the API and steps to follow to set it up? I have no experience in API but hoping I could consult Dr. Google to guide me through :-)
