How can I define versions in the test cases

I am using on Xray tool , to manage the test cases I writing and

I want run every regression cycle with different versions.

how can I define it?

You can use Test Plan, one for each version. You may also clone the Test Plans if they are similar and only change the versions associated with the Test Plans.
