How can I create issues from GreenHopper when a BillingKey field is required?

The custom BillingKey fields were added by the Tempo plugin.

Creating issues from JIRA works as expected.

The GreenHopper "Create <Type>" dialogs show the name of the required fields ...

Billing Key*:

... but there's nothing behind it.

GreenHopper does not yet support a custom field coming from a third party plugin, and this has been reported to the Greenhopper team: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-2993

I think there is no fix yet for your problem. This has been reported as bug by referring to the following issues:
