How can I change transition the issue based on one checked items of specific smart checklist?

I have 10 items on the checklist.
I tend to change the transition of the issue from Author to Editor when I checked item 2.

Can you please clarify the two points below?

- What do you mean by “the transaction of the issue from Author to Editor”? Is it about changing the value of the Assignee field?

- Do you use the same checklist/items for all the Issues where you want to automate the transition?
