How can I change same status in 2 projects at a time ?

I created a issue in x project and same issue appear in the y project by using automation , i need to change status at a time in x and y projects , Is it possible

Yes, it should be possible using Automation, but you will need to have the two issues linked together in some way or have a unique value in both issues. Do you have that? And if so, what is that structure?
