while installing the app rundeck on the cloud instance am getting error as "we ran into a little trouble"

Listed inline are the possible reasons for your error:
1. Your might be using a free tier app and might not be compatible. Please check in this list if "Run desk" app is listed.
OR
2. Are you in the process or completed migration. If yes, the error might be due to permission grants for that app. Path: Navigate to Administration >> SITE SETTINGS >> Product Access, you might be seeing a banner at the top of the page. Please reach out to your Jira admin to enable the permissions to install.
