Yes, Atlassian have their own, but you have to find the right URL to copy and paste, we have a picker that deals with file IDs for you.

If you would like to move to a hosted deployment - like OnDemand (i.e., 24x7 support, monitored, backups, upgrades, etc.) - with the "download" version of Confluence, can help you with this.

Then you can use this plugin.
