I am trying to create a Gliffy diagram. But after click the "Create" button, nothing happen.
Here is what I did: in the Editing mode of a Confluence page,
I am using: Confluence Cloud and Chrome.
How to fix that?
Found the culprit. I have the chrome extension ModHeader where the request header "Authorization" has an empty value. Removing that header, Gliffy works.
Thank you Dave!
Yay! I have that extension too - didn’t even think about checking that 😂
Glad you’re diagramming again!

At the top of the 'Create a New Diagram' modal, selecting 'Flowchart & BPMN' or 'Network', for example, opens a new blank diagram and updates the left side of the diagram with the shapes associated with your selection. In your case, you would see the BPMN shape libraries.
To start with a Flowchart or BPMN template, when viewing the 'Create a New Diagram' modal, select a Template on the left side. i.e. Flowchart or Business Process. You will see a list of Templates. Selecting a template will load a predefined diagram.
