Github Info not showing on JIRA tickets

Hi - I have completed integration GitHub with JIRA using "GitHub for JIRA" app. I have allowed access to all repos through Github and I have done the backfill. The developers are adding the Issue Keys on the PR but still not GitHub information on the JIRA ticket. Anyone run into this issue?

Unfortunately, it would be next to impossible to provide any advice regarding this issue unless you are able to provide some error logs or screenshots describing the issue in more detail. In the meantime, what exactly are you looking to integrate in Github. Have you considered other synchronization solutions such as Exalate?

Hi Here are the GitHub for JIRA settings and the Development Panel settings from the configuration of a ticket.

I have same issue too...

I reconnected my organization 5 times and reinstalled "GitHub for JIRA" but my jira issue card still not showing the github information.
