I have problems getting commit messages into Jira issues. I have setup the integration part in GitLab and I have the connection to my Jira project, but I can't see the commit messages from GitLab even though I use the jira issue ID in the commit message. What can be wrong?

Hi @Anna Sjunnesson ,

 

Welcome to Atlassian community!

As per my understanding, you have to check the Integration part with GitLab properly.

Due to the Integration issue, In the commit message is not showing in the Jira issue So Please check with Github Admin to configure it perfectly.
