E-mail-this-issue Plugin no screenshot can be added to outgoing e-mails

we use the Plugin in the latest verson (9.6)

If we try to add a screenshot in the rich text editor, it still can be seen in the comments however not in the E-mail. Only a small placeholder indicates that an image has been added. 

How can we configure JETI to send the images as attachment?
