Custom field date/time

One of the fields in my report is a custom field with a date value. AIO Reports shows this value with an offset of -1 compared to JIRA. So, if JIRA  has 17-Apr-2016 the AIO Reports value is 16-Apr-2016.

When I report this same field with date/time, it appears as 16-Apr-2016 21:00.

Why is this date different from what is reported in JIRA? Thank you!
