We have confluence and jira projects installed. Our production tickets are logged in jira projects. To make the ticket resolution faster we want to build a knowledge base in confluence whith trouble shooting articles and also want to access jira project tickets so that support person can know if such issues came earlier.
Is there a way to link jira projects to confluence knowledge space
Yes, of course you can associate jira projects to confluence spaces. The prerequisite it to have a valid connection between the two instances in order to see each other. Based on your jira and confluence version see the corresponding article here https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/integrating-jira-and-confluence-2825.html
