Create Duplicate Service Desk Instance?

As an org are we able to create a second SD space with Incident, Change & Problem management workflows without editing existing space?

In future would switch from A to B but need to be able to continue utilising existing workflows etc while building and testing new workspace

Hi @Steve Binks 

When you say Space, do you mean Project?

If so, you can create as many Jira Service Management Projects as needed. As a Jira Admin...

• Go to Projects > Create Project
• Select to view Service Management templates
• Select the relevant template
• Give Project a name/key, and create it
  • Check the box Share settings with an existing project if you want the new Project to share the configuration (screens, fields, workflows, etc) from an existing Project

Note: Whilst this creates a second JSM Project - both are accessible from the main portal.
