Craftware JIRA commons, what pluagin is it?

I want to reduce the amount of installed plugins on our Jira. We have "Craftware JIRA commons" in the User-installed category and I wasn't able to find any information about "Craftware JIRA commons". Anybody knows why it needs and can I remove it or not?

Hi Michael,

Thank you for reaching out.

I'm not too familiar with that vendor personally, but if I search "craftware" on marketplace, it leads me to this vendor:

I'm wondering if maybe the vendor changed their name. Do you have any of those add-ons installed on your Jira site?

Regards,

Shannon

@Shannon S thanks. I've just removed it and everything ok.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for confirming that! Glad everything is alright for you.

Take care, and have a pleasant rest of your week.

Shannon

I had the same query recently, the answer is the Craftware plugins were taken over by the Addonrock vendor.
