Control Freak - How do i use the branch naming policy features of the plugin?

Hi, reading both the Control Freak documentation (https://prnt.sc/enXfWuXFL8bx), and the marketplace page (https://prnt.sc/YWtlOT3Ho0tV), it is described that this plugin offers features that help control the name of the repository branches, however when accessing the settings page (https://prnt.sc/eOJmGkHsnwMq) of the plugin in my workspace I do not have access to any of these features.

Using the element inspector on the page, it appears that these features are commented out (https://prnt.sc/f5FUYsIBHqWM), so is it necessary to have any specific permission to access this type of configuration? How can I use them?
