Confluence: Leaderboard

Currently I'm using Confiforms addon to create a page.

Here's the screenshot:

Screenshot 2018-02-19 09.50.46.png

What I also want to achieve is to show a leaderboard based on page likes for example:

<10 likes = Popular

3-5 likes = Fair

0 likes = Not Rated

I would like to define my own logic for likes and display a badge. Are there any ways I can to this? Do I need to pull also from database? If Yes can someone put a documentation?

Thanks in advance
