One item that is a small but annoying one, is that all of our Confluence Cloud pages always show this message. "App is not responding. Wait or cancel?"
Why is it annoying? Because if you click Cancel, it doesn't go away. It just stays there... for everyone in our Confluence instance...all the time. And it makes new employees a bit confounded.
Does anyone know the root cause? It started one day when more Confluence features were released in our Cloud instance. It doesn't happen for other Cloud instances of Confluence that we use.

This is because the Cloud addon from the Marketplace or from Priavate listing (from some Marketplace vendor) is not available. This is the feature of the Atlassian Connect app. You can reach out to the vendor of the app to find out if it is available and works correctly or disable the addon in the Manage Apps admin menu of Confluence.
