Conditional Fields in Jira Work Management (JWM)

I need to add conditional fields to a form in a JWM project.   

when a value is selected in a drop down it should make a field become available that was not previously visible.  Is this possible? 

I saw an older question answered that proforma advanced forms can give advanced options in JWM but on the app page, JWM is not mentioned anywhere. Anyone use this and know that its possible?

Yes, you would need the advanced forms (Proforma forms). You will need to contact Atlassian Support to see if they can turn that on for you.

Thank you @John Funk reached out to our IT department as they are our Jira Admins to see if we can get this added to our JWM boards. I'll let you know how it goes!!!

Looks like it will no longer work - but they think I may be able to do it through automations. I'll update this as I find a solution, in case it helps someone else.  This was their reply:

It's always best to create a new question in Community for your particular needs and so more people will see your post. 

That being said, what you are trying to do? If you are wanting Advanced Forms turned on for your instance, and they are not there already, then you need to make that request through Atlassian Support.
