Change individual tab background color in deck of cards

Hello, I am using the deck of cards macro for Confluence Server and have 8 cards (tabs) that can be groups into two sets. I would like a way to distinguish the two sets so they visually look grouped together. Is it possible to use CSS styling to make the background (or even font) one color for four of the tabs and another color for the other four?

Any code would be helpful, I'm not familiar with CSS.
