Change Default Tempo Worklog Description

Hello, in Tempo when you are filling in time.

The description gets automatically populated with "Working on issue xxx-xxx"

Is there a way to change this default message? Specifically what I was hoping on having it do is prefill with the "Task" field and then allow people to customize it if they want.
