Cannot add certain user-groups under the "Permissions for Confluence users" section in the settings

Hi,

 

I for some reason cannot add certain cannot add certain user-groups under the "Permissions for Confluence users" section in the settings.

Every time I select a certain user-group, they never show up in the list of groups to which I can assign rights.

Is there a way to fix this, or am I just missing something?
