In notification assistant I had a notification setup with recipients being Assignee and Watchers. I was also able to CC specific people because that is what they wanted to have. I just recently upgraded and my notifications weren't going out correctly. It seems I can't CC users on notifications without having an email address. Is this a bug?

Hey Tim,

Yes this is a bug we have and will be releasing a fix for in 7.2.1. If you watch the app via the marketplace, you will be notified when it's released later this month:

I am trialing this app, but do not see this option. In Service Mgmt it would be the "Request Participants" field that represents "Cc:". Are we able to check this off so by default the Reporter (To:) and Request Partcipants (Cc) are included?

Hey Brian,

We don't support custom fields in the CC field. You would use Reporter and Request Participants as what we call a "Recipient" and it would be in the "To" field.

Thanks,
Boris
