We have all the requirements written in excel/CSV format and we wish to import them all at the same time. No manual intervention.
This import is available for the test cases, can we do it with the requirements?
Hi Marie - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Are the requirements just in a Jira field? Would you be creating new issues or updating existing issues?
Either way, yes, you should be able to do that with Requirement likes is done with test cases.

What is RTM? What does it look like when you create a new Requirement manually?

Please find below a screenshot how a new requirement looks like.
RTM stands for Requirements and Test Management for jira and it is used to organize and track testing efforts within any Jira Cloud project.

So, not sure about the Folder and ID, but you could give it a shot. Thinking it should work for you. Try with a single issue first.

I tried but there is no possibility, please see below the available actions
But when we want to import test cases, we have the possibility (import from csv)
Thus my question is there any other available way to import requirements?

You can still go to Settings > System > External System Import > CSV and try that way.
