Can't install Jira Cloud plugin in Slack

I am a relatively new Jira Cloud user, but a long time Slack user.  I have been reading about how I integrate Jira Cloud with Slack and it looks relatively simple.

In Slack I have found the official "Jira Cloud" plugin, however, when I click the big green "Install" button I get ...

OAuth Error: Invalid client_id parameter

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi Karl,

I reached out to my team that support this plugin and it appears that there was an outage with our service at approximately the time you created this request.   I believe that the issue has been resolved at this time though.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Please let us know if you are still having trouble getting this to work,
