Can I make setting who can see Folio but this user can not create Portfolio or Folio?

How to setting in Tempo where the folio creator can share the folio to other users related to the project within in Tempo? And this users cannot be Create Portfolio or Folio on Tempo.

Hi Muhammad,

All users that have access to Tempo Budgets can create Folios. 

It is possible to restrict access to Tempo Budgets by jira-groups. This can be done in the Global settings, Permissions. Please take a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TF/pages/212239673/Global+Configuration for more information.
