Can I get a calculated custom field from other integer custom fields?

Hello.

I am building a structure with formula and need help to make it more useful.

I wonder if I can get a new variable (new custom field) after calculating the integer variables in the other custom fields. I want to get a number by using sum, subtraction, division, multifly.

Is it possible? If so, are there any pages that I can get help? I cound't find.

or I would very appriciate if you suggest me any basic forms of it that I can apply.

If you're looking for a way to have a Formula column that uses calculated values from other Formula columns, then it is possible - you can reference other columns just the same same as fields by their names. But if you mean something else, I'm afraid we'll need more details about your setup and your requirements to better understand the question.
