NB: This question is really about Atlassian Marketplace in general, and not about Confluence, but I couldn't seem to choose that as a category for the question.
For regulatory purposes, we would like find the changelogs of all apps/plugins that we use with our Atlassian products. When I go to the page of the app in question through Atlassian Marketplace and open the version history, it always seems to look like this:
For some reason, for the cloud version specifically, only the latest update has release notes here.
Question: Is there any way to find all the older cloud version release notes for marketplace apps?
hey @Malte Juhl-Vollers and welcome to the community!
Most of the time the best way is to look at the website of the app vendor and in their documentation. Normally they have a lot more detail there.
For example for XRay you can find those here: https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Release+Notes
Getting a good overview of changes in your Atlassian Cloud apps is a big problem.
We (a team of ex-Atlassians) are building an app for crafting great looking release notes from Jira tickets. As part of that, we are looking to solve this problem for the community.
We would love to chat about what a good solution could look like. Feel free to get in touch under jens at released.so
