Currently, it's not yet possible.

However, we have this improvement suggestion (XRAY-157 ) reported and gathering the interest of our customers.

Any update on this? It's been three years so I thought I'd check.

Even simple things like adding a test status requires the QA team to come to me, when they could more quickly and easily change these kind of things themselves.
