I export Tickets from Freshdesk and Import into JIRA vis csv. I then have to link them manually if Freshdesk using Atlassian JIRA Plus. Is there any way to link them in Freshdesk automatically? Or can I create  JIRA Tickets automatically from From Freshdesk?

I can do it manually but too many.
